"The pictures do not match what I had arrived to. The staff were very disinterested and seem bothered by our presence. There were a few nice and pleasant staff members but very few and far between. The gym was grossly inadequate. The rooms were periously small and very little storage space or capacity. The all inclusive experience was "really" what I had imagined or previously experience. You needed reservations and many times the reservations were full and so that meant you had to wait or dine...

"Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. "The Hotel has more of a guest house vibe than a luxurious Hotel feel. However, the property was clean with basic amenities. Iron/Ironing board is not included in room but the service is available at an additional cost.
