"I really liked the resort overall, however when we first got there we were given a room that we did not book. It was not clean. I had to go through another two rooms before we got to the room that was up to par with what we chose to begin with. Staff was helpful for the most part but mostly the supervisor Danielle. The amenities are really nice, make sure you get an updated room either deluxe or king suite. Not the grand suite. I would not recommend as I know they are being updated"

"Schlechteste Aufenthalt der ganzen ABC Inseln. Wenn sie ein luxuriöses und angenehmes Hotel möchten, dann buchen Sie dieses auf gar keinen Fall . Dreckige und kaputte Liegen, Insekten im Zimme . Aber am schlimmsten ist das völlig desinteressierte und gelangweilte Personal. Achtung: Meerblick Zimmer bedeutet in einigen Zimmern Blick auf Büsche und Bäume. Wir würden es auf gar keinen Fall noch mal buchen. Beschwerde an Hilton, Gäste Service ging auch raus."

If you are expecting a sandy beach that you can just walk in and out of the water, Bonaire in general may not be for you. "We had a wonderful week at this hotel. Our balcony was great and the pool are and adjoining restaurant are definitely a step above. We also had a great experience learning to scuba with Beond the Corals onsite. It was also really nice to be right across the road from Bachelors beach. I would just suggest them supplying more towels and getting better pillows. Overall really great and I would highly recommend them."
