"Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Leonardo. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great but I found the air con a bit noisy. I couldn’t turn it off for some reason. Would definitely stay there again as parking was next to the hotel and a very reasonable price. A lovely stay. "

"Seaview room was nice and spacious, however the heating didn't seem to turn off, so it was very warm and we needed to have the windows open during the duration of our stay. The hotel is in a great location by the beach and was great for our one night stay. "

"Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, shower was good, only one thing, was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom. Other than that was a great stay and would recomend. "

"Nice hotel reasonably close to Gatwick airport although not walkable so would need to use a taxi or shuttle bus. "

"One of the staff with the name of Lily I guess informed us that they would charge for the 2 water bottles which is so annoying as this is supposed to be a five star property and we were there for 4 nights! Water should be provided at the least to the guests I feel. Otherwise the rest of the staff was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. "

"I imagine once upon a time this hotel was magical Now it shows it's age, which is to be expected The tower room was large, good spa bath and shower. View was nice. A couple of things that would make it a bit more practical. Coat hooks near the door would be handy. Towel hooks in the bathroom also needed. "
