"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and felt it was worth the price because of its great location and beautiful atmosphere. However, the air conditioning was disappointing. I’m usually someone who gets cold easily, but I was uncomfortable and hot every night, which made it difficult to sleep. Another downside was that guests had to pay an additional fee to use the gym next door. We also paid extra for breakfast, only to find out that many people got to eat without paying. "Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Very clean large room for Lucerne. The bathroom was massive and very clean. The hotel overall almost feels like you are staying at a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and about a 5 minute walk to the lake."

"We only stayed for one night as we on motorcycles trsvelling back to the UK from lake Como. We had dinner at the restaurant and I can confirm it's was truly delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a typical old swiss chalet with loads of character and it was comfortable, not 5 star but it met out every needs"
