"Beautiful property. Exceptional staff, especially Annabelle Weiss at reception . Always courteous and helpful. Rooms were very modern but a bit quirky. Light switches and outlets difficult to work at first. Excellent buffet breakfast and beautiful restaurant. Very convenient location right next to the central station and Ubahn station, however there is a fair amount of construction in the area and the area to the west of the hotel is a bit rundown, but you can avoid it easily as there is nothing...

"Wir waren insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und würden den Designern eurer Apartements einen Designaward geben, wenn wir könnten. Der Platz ist wirklich optimal genutzt und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziges Manko war, dass der Fernseher leider eine Macke hatte. Nach ein paar Minuten wurde der Empfang super schlecht und man konnte nicht mehr weiter schauen. "

"Es gab vor der Buchung leider telefonisch und schriftlich verschiedene Aussagen der Hotel- Mitarbeiter, was die ruhige Lage der Zimmer betraf. Daher haben wir 2 teure Deluxe-Twinzimmer gebucht, statt 2 normale Twinzimmer. Uns wurde telefonisch falsch gesagt, dass die Deluxe-Twinzimmer ruhig 0hinten liegen und nicht die normalen Twinzimmer. Somit haben wir Vorort auf die Twinzimmer gewechselt, da uns Ruhe sehr wichtig ist. Bezahlt haben wir bei Expedia.de aber die 2 teureren Deluxe-Twinzimmer,...

"Hotel maravilhoso. Atendimento bom, quarto amplo, toalhas e lençóis de excelente qualidade. Perto da marienplatz, de restaurantes, da Vodafone (para resolver questão do chip internacional), de dois supermercados, além de ser em frente da estação central, onde pegamos metrô e trem! A única ressalva é em relação ao box do chuveiro, que é curto, de modo que molha o chão sempre que tomamos banho (o que é bem comum na Europa). Ficaria nele novamente com certeza. "
