"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not the best water pressure in the shower. Also thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay extra for parking. If im paying to stay at your hotel youd think they would provide parking for the paying guests!"

"The location was very convenient for walking to the Mall of America. They also offer a 4 a.m. airport shuttle, which not all hotels provide, and that was a huge plus for us. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, giving us useful information before our flight. Having a TGI Friday’s right next door was another bonus. We will definitely be making reservations to stay here again for future flights."

"Great downtown location with friendly staff in a very cool building. Parking is a bit of a ripoff at $38/day but I suppose it might be worth it on weekdays. I was there on the weekend and parking is only $5/day with no in/out. We were only in and out a couple of times a day so it would’ve been cheaper to just pay $5 each time. "

"I was disappointed with our stay at Embassy Suires. Our family had 2 rooms. My adult children and grandson stayed in one room with a king bed and pull out couch. When it was time to get ready for bed they noticed the pull out couch had to bedding and bedding, blankets, sheets no where to be found. They called the front desk to request bedding and they said they woukd deliver some. No one showed. My grandson had to use a towel as a blanket. Buyer beware. If you get a room with pull out, checkfor bedding and best get it youtseld instead of waiting for someone to bring it. "

"Every time I stay here, almost everything is always perfect! Only complaints might be parking & access to floors 5+ require you to take 2 elevators."
