"Overall it’s a nice place to stay. The beds were really comfortable, shower had decent pressure, and the room was very clean upon arrival. It’s in a really good area - not sketchy like some places. There were only 4 things that could be improved in my opinion: The refrigerator in our room kept things cool, but not cold. "Stayed here for Jeep fest. AC worked flawlessly, room was very clean and smelled good, slept wonderfully and the sound of the creek made sleep even better. Olde establishment but the upkeep was spot on. Will be staying here again next year"

"I had a job assignment in Clyde, NC and I never been here before. So I did a Google search and found several motels which I don't like that type of lodging. Finally I came across the Comfort Inn & Suites near by in Maggie Valley, NC. This place was very clean and inviting. When I checked in the gentleman was very nice and knowledgable of the area. Nice little shops and restaurants walking distance. This will be my hotel of choice when I return on my next assignment. And I plan on bring my family...

"It was an easy last minute booking to make. A business meeting in the mountains. The motel was easy to find. Located right on the road. Parking area is ample enough with assigned spaces. There is noise from the road, can not be helped. Rocking chairs located outside room for your enjoyment . It’s close to all the venues and activities in the area. Room with king bed is spacious. Offered a table with 2 stuffed chairs, a deck with a chair, dresser which holds a frig, microwave and coffee maker....

"We've stayed here twice and have been very satisfied with our stay. Love the balconies on the creek 😍 you don't hear any noises from the busy street. Much quieter stay than cherokee. "

"Nice size room with a great view of the lake. Clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was pedestrian and feel of the building was comfortable with seating on the lake side. Great place for walks with trails around the lake and ice cream across the street. Second time we have stayed here and would come back."

"This motel offers rooms for a good price. Apparently, smoking was allowed in the room in the past. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The motel does not allow smoking in the room now as there is a sign saying so on the door. "
