"There was no staff at the front desk, so I could not check in and have not been reimbursed."

"I would not recommend . Run down rooms. Mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was terrible. Dinner was good but wait staff is short handed, over worked, and slightly rude."

"It was inexpensive, which is what we were going for. Beds were comfortable. Had the typical hotel breakfast. Rooms were not very clean. Rooms show signs of neglect. Hallways hadn’t been cleaned."

"It is a camping cabin. No frills. Pool was closed as it was end of season. Place was clean but don't expect room service! Haha. My only complaint was that there are fire pits in rather dark places. Have to be careful in the dark. Otherwise it was just what I expected. When my plans changed, the Manager was very helpful and I was able to cancel the rest of my stay with no problems."

"Very friendly and great breakfast with this incredible soup! Very pleased with the stay here!! So close to mesa verde national park!"

"The staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The location felt safe, and it is conveniently on the main road. I would stay here again."

"Great stay. Easy check in after-hours. Clean, efficient, and well-maintained"

"The property was obviously older and in need of some upgrade work However, the mgt and/or staff "seemed" to be trying hard to improve things. Also he drove down from an offsite location to do a late check-in for us. All the amenities were functional, the main thing I observed was subpar cleanliness of some items (towels, bedding, etc.). I'm guessing either they are having trouble obtaining sufficient staff, or perhaps the manager is trying to do the work alone. So couldn't call it my "first...

"The woman at the front desk was super nice! She helped me with some documents I needed printed, and checked to see how we liked our room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the black out blinds worked great. I would stay again the next time we go through Cortez."

"Great place to rest! Very comfy"

"Wonderful time"
