"The property was welcoming to my pet, the staff was very kind, the breakfast was good, the room was very clean, the location was near everything you could literally walk to many food places. The only thing that made this not a whole 5 is that the bed was sagging on 1 side. I slept on the other side so i still slept ok but it was not the most comfortable bed. Other than that my stay was good and the price was great! I did let the desk know the bed was sagging on 1 side, they were happy I let them...

"When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it...

"I stayed in this hotel for one night while traveling through New Mexico back to Texas. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The furniture was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the TV satellite service worked well. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. The breakfast of eggs, sausage and potatoes was pretty good as well. It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Pool closed , ice machine out of order, hot water takes five mins to get to faucet which is extremely wasteful in an area of scarce water. TV does not work "

"This historic Fred Harvey property was clean and attractive. It was renovated and reopened in 2019. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and anticipated and fulfilled our every need. We’ve stayed here several times in the past and will stay here again, highly recommend. "

"It was the cheapest place around. Not bad for a night's stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were small and private. The Internet barely worked. The television was filled with snow and grainy pictures and would constantly disrupt the like it would lose signal. So you couldn't watch a full five minutes before losing signal."
