"The wait staff takes pride in their work. The guys in that work the buffet and the bars were amazing. Great people. The rest of the staff were good too but them waiters are great.
First this was our first time in Cancun. We didn't know the area but everyone was happy to help.
Second this would have been a great stay if we had kids. If you are looking for a romantic setting do not come here. There are kids everywhere.
The got a couple restaurants that are in the all inclusive package but know...

When we booked this resort 9 months ago, our booking clearly stated that it was all-inclusive. However, upon arrival, we were told that our reservation was actually room only.
