"Our stay was amazing!! This location is perfect. The room was clean, the service staff was kind and friendly. Our flight was cancelled due to a winter storm and the front desk girls were amazing helping us out with extending our stay. Would definitely stay here again. "

"O quarto é excelente, é pequeno (padrão New York), mas como usávamos somente para dormir não foi problema. As camas muito confortáveis, tem frigobar, microondas e cafeteira! Café da manhã muito bom! Descíamos sempre até 7:30h e nunca tivemos problema com elevador e mesa no café. Depois desse horário fica bem cheio. A localização é perfeita, ao lado da Times Square! O pessoal da recepção e do café da manhã, muito gentis e prestativos! Com certeza voltaremos!"

"Great location, rooms were great. Clean rooms and gym. Bar area was nice as well. Easy to walk to shows, subway, Central Park and other great attractions. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
