"We stayed at Hilton Doubletree for just one night while we were in the city and we were very impressed. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. We especially enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. The next day, we had reservations for an event that would not let us bring bags. The hotel's ability to hold our bags for us after check out was clutch! I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the city"

"Not only did we pay for the round glass room, which was t cheap it had a bug looked like a tick. I felt disgusted they moved me room but after that you question the cleaning. Although Eddie staff member was really sweet concerned and helpful he can not control the slack of his staff which delayed 2/3 hrs at a time for house service & not to mention waiting 20min to even been tended to at the bar which we ended up leaving. "Fantastic location made it easy to drop by our room between activities to drop stuff off or just take a breather. We had a room with two full beds and were pleasantly surprised by its size. Compared to other hotel rooms we’ve had in Manhattan, this one was more spacious."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
