"Room was large as was the bathroom. Had a couch in the room which was nice even though on the older side. The top sheet on the bed were strange as only about 3/4's in length and not tucked in.. Very odd !! Didnt actually bother me as still slept great,
Great location as only 10mins walk from the pier if arriving by ship. "

"We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"for the price and location - this place is awesome, my only problem was seeing they keep dolphins - for what reason??? let them go ! their pool is small and shallow, they have no place to hide from people; please please let them go - and if for some reasons they cannot be released - please give them more space and do not conduct shows and petting ..."

"Enjoyed our stay. We were only there for a layover before our cruise so we didn’t really use the amenities other than the fitness room (had all that I needed to get a good full body weight workout done), and the Algortherm Spa (we had a couples massage -well done-and used the steam room there.
The resort needs a little bit of a makeover. Honestly, if they just spruced up all the hallways that are brown/off-white with some brighter colors, I think that would do wonders.
The staff experience was...
