"First of all I was upset when I got to the Hotel and I was told that I was only intitle to one up grade not two like I had in the pass ( if availed ) Many times and their concierge barabare was very rude and when others who have seen us there many times before ( employees) tryed to tell her to shut up she got even ruber. then I was charge 60 dollars for two rooms for the property sewer stuff when i though the total was only 50.00 something and I try to tell her that she got really mad at me. "We had an excellent time at Sunscape All-Inclusive Resort. It was our first trip with our baby and cannot speak highly enough of how the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Always there to help with a high chair and had a crib ready for us with fresh sheets each day. The resort is easily accessible with a stroller and easy to get around. The food was excellent! We loved the various restaurants, especially Azul, On Sunset and Viaggio. You can tell how much care the staff take looking after the property. Everywhere you go on the resort is clean. It’s evident the staff truly care and would highly recommend to anyone with little ones. No matter who you ran into in the halls, around the pool or in restaurants, all staff were so kind. Special thanks to Cesar at the front desk, Martin at Azul restaurant (and coconut drink designs by the pool) and Jose at the bar. These three gentleman truly made us feel at home. "
