Great option for budget travelers who just need a place to sleep! My only complaint was that we were not allowed to touch the AC, but we visited during January so we just cracked the window and were fine!"

. The location is amazing being very close to the main station. Also there are plenty of places to eat outside. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The only discomfort felt was that the room was a bit warm. The refrigerator temperature was also a bit high and did not help much to store the food items kept in it. "

"I absolutely love this little gem of a hotel. I have stayed here several times when I come to Florence for business. Rooms are quite big and very clean. Some rooms have very large balconies with a fantastic view of Florence and the Duomo. It is about 1.5 km I think from the city wall up in the hills. The

"The whole experience at the Agape is first class. The hotel and private grounds are beautiful and a really nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Florence. One of the top hotels we have stayed in 50 years of travel. The staff are wonderful and have a natural customer facing attitude to helping overcome any issues. The restaurant and food were superb yet not over expensive. You can hide yourself away in the garden or various rooms on the first floor with a good book or for a game of your choice. Truly do not have a complaint or negative comment to make about this establishment."
