"We had a great time staying at the Limetree resort St. Thomas. The room was clean and as shown in the pictures. The pool, poolside bar, restaurant, outdoor areas were really nice. The beach right on the property is awesome (do recommend water shoes as it is rocky at most entries as others have mentioned). "My stay at Windward Passage Hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am requesting a significant partial refund because the condition of the hotel and lack of service did not match what I paid for. "Let me start off by saying the staff was truly amazing!!!! Everyone was always super friendly and nice. The only thing that I have to speak on is that we thought that we were getting bites from mosquitoes but I’m pretty sure that these are bedbugs that was biting us. So I did text the property once I got to Miami. I do have pictures as well. But, everything else was completely a good experience."
