"The room was not comfortable at all and the shower was horrible. The water flow was so bad I literally had to run around in the shower to get wet. The room was terribly noisy all night long with back up horns and slamming dumpsters. I got no sleep at all on the first night. The sofa was uncomfortable as well I expected more from a hotel at this price even though it was in downtown. Other hotels nearby were similarily priced and much nicer."

"Great experience. Only two out of six elevators were working and they had a marathon going on in town. Ended up using the service elevator but the staff was doing everything they could. "

"The hotel was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed beforehand, and it also appears the property has recently changed names. Overall, the experience was subpar. The biggest issue was the elevators. They were unreliable, had signs instructing guests how to press buttons to avoid breaking them, and would vibrate aggressively at certain floors.
