"Need more options for seniors"

"Room was kept very clean and stocked. Cleaning staff was also very personable. Breakfasts portions were too big. Spa was busy but felt very automated and factory line"

"This ida beautiful hotel close to all beaches, dining, and shopping in ogunquit and wells. It is unique because it sits on a hill. Everything was great. The only reason for 4 stars is all the stairs. Be sure you know where your room is located because you might end up dragging your stuff up and down some steep and lengthy stair cases."

Have stayed here a few times and always looked forward to the dining experience. Found the menu to be limited and basic. The restaurant staff was obviously short handed probably due to new immigration standards however the staff were readily available to help and always pleasant serving with a smile. Room was clean and appropriately decorated. Have stayed at this property...

"This property was on my wish list as I have walked by it many times and imagined staying there with that view. The staff was very helpful and parking was easy. Our rooms were in the original building with the water view and outside deck. Although very clean, they definitely need updating- squeaky slider doors, noisy air conditioner, and the size of the bathroom was smaller than small. I guess I expected more for that price point."

"Would not recommend. At one point during a night I went to the office and staff did not acknowledge me, and I had to listen to Pavle belittle and yell at the poor girl working at the counter, calling her a "baby" and such. Very unprofessional staff. The rooms are dated and musty, just ok. Had issues checking in too. Restaurant was nice at least."

"Came for a short weekend stay with family of 4. The room was a good size. The location was fantastic - steps to beautiful beach and easy walk to the pier with amusement park. The ocean view from our room was obstructed by one of the cottages and the property is older, but the beach location made up for it. We also enjoyed the beachfront hot tub and heated pool. Check in and out was easy."

"Mother/ Daughter 8 night trip!!! We loved it … pool was perfect!! Aldean and Carlus bartenders were very nice .. their kindness came from their hearts. Great team work . Close walk to the beach and downtown. We had a blast , best vacation. Rooms were clean .."

"Across the street from a great section of the beach- staff here were fantastic. Little hiccup with the reservation through expedia, but it got sorted right out with no stress. Rooms are clean, bed was suoer comfortable, and honestly of all things the shower was a family favorite! Will absolutely book here anytime we come to York again in the future!"

"Sheets, pillows and towels needs to be replaced. Sheets were grey. Pillows overwashed and lumpy. Brown throw blanket between sheet and cover needs to be removed completely..didn't seem to be clean. Paint on entrance door was chipping. Damp smell in room. Would not stay again. Staff were friendly."
