"Hotel gave my original room away and I had to take a lower rate room but never got compensated it. Then I decided to check out one day early and they would give me a refund for the day I didn't use. I do not recommend this hotel."

"It was nothing like online. The smell of weed smacked you in the face wherever you went, including your room. Torn and broken furniture, stained carpet, food on the walls. It was absolutely atrocious. We lasted 30 minutes and ended up leaving and going somewhere else. "

"greeting staff person at entry was abrupt and unfriendly. bedroom and bathroom did not feel or look clean. During late evening someone kicked or beat very hard on our door as if they were seeing if it might open. I called to the front desk, the phone rang many times with no answer before I stopped trying to reach the desk. We were afraid. I considered calling the police because there was no help available from the front desk. Several minutes later, I called the front desk number again and after several rings he answered and said he would send security. Minutes later a security person knocked, and when asked, identified himself as "security." I opened the door, explained the bang on the door. He said he didn't see anyone on the floor. I let him know it had occurred 10-15 minutes ago and told him the desk had not answered. He said the desk person had been off somewhere else. He left us and we again locked the door. We did not feel safe."

"The water was odd between 9 -5 as they started doing renavations and they did not telll us until we arrived and checked in. They did not offer an upgraded room or any kind of compensation. The place smeels musty in the halls and in the room. A;lso difficult to get in and out of because ofits proxcimity to the interstate. I do not recommend"

"I tried to cancel this via Expedia, Mariott, and even the hotel itself, and was not able to with a refund. Shame on you!!!! I will NEVER use Expedia again. And since I am in my first year of retirement, I would say this was a poor decision by your company to not give me a refund."
