"There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room."

"Room: clean and nicely updated. Complimentary bottle water, coffee & tea, in room. Micro fridge was cold a/c was cold. Bathroom: complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup mirror & motion sensor night light in bath area. Bed: bed was good, pillows were soft and firm to sleep on. Things that need improvement: Black out curtains didn’t close all the way so I got the lovely sunshine early in the morning. Toilet was small...

Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign. The desk clerk was slothful but the worst was the smell once the elevator doors opened. Musky? Yes. Moldy? Yes. Sour? Yes and yes there was unidentified debris and dark stains on the floor.
