"Rooms are small but very well appointed. Beds are comfortable and there is minimal street noise. The staff is amazing and our housekeeper was perfection. The outdoor patio was quiet and a great place to have a drink. Location is perfect to explore all of London and if you are coming from Heathrow it is a very easy tube ride and short walk to the hotel. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much."

"The location is super convenient with having the underground station just a cross a way, room was spacious and clean. Perfect for a week in London where you have many activities. Staff was super helpful. Only thing I would say is that the door was a little bit old and was hard to close at times."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we got a couple of soft drinks from the bar and another guest accidentally knocked into me and spilled the drinks, the bar quickly replaced them at no charge. On our first night there we were very tired and ordered room service. They were very quick and the hamburger I ordered was the best I ever had. It tasted like it was home cooked. Checking in and out was a breeze. They also have room safes and we felt very safe while we were there. I can't wait...

"It wasn’t bad but the rooms are just tiny. It’s like the videos you see of apartments in New York, but worse. My wife is 5’7” and she could put her feet flat against the wall and almost touch the opposite wall.
No cleaning service, no refrigeration, no space to put bags. Knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet.
In an area that is not super clean or inviting, but huge benefit that it’s near paddington station"

"Could hear the bass for the club below till well late into the night and also can hear sirens outside and street activity even tho the room had zero windows. The pillows were comfy as well as matress and duvet but the body wash needed refilling and only drops were coming out. Air con worked great was quite. Staff were nice and helpful but the lobby was always busy so i’m sure they struggled to help everyone."
