I had an issue with the a/c in my room and a repair technician was at my door within minutes and fixed the issue. The hotel is central to everything in the French Quarter and yet, very quiet. Everything was in walking distance and the street car stops were all down the street in front of the building. That was convenient after a night of drinking. Overall a good trip.
