"Staff was attentive and pleasant. Problems were that they ran out of basic breakfast menu items. Additionally, the property is not air conditioned and no fans were available until we requested one. The windows were restricted from being opened beyond two inches. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. On one evening, the hotel was completely out of ice."

"Nice central location with great views (especially from the Skybar). Air conditioning worked well and room / hotel was generally modern and well maintained, clean and with some nice touches. Very friendly and helpful staff"

"My first stay at The Pullman, and I was really impressed. Everything was just right - the attention to detail was excellent. Things were in just right place and just worked. Just one example to illustrate the “getting things just right” point. I used the air conditioning - we’re in the middle of a hot spell. But unlike many hotel systems where the fan is noisy and all moisture is sucked out of the air, here it was subtle and silent. Quality place."

"Short walk(10min) to the docks and easy access to the city centre. Good restaurants nearby Lack of lift so if you have big luggages, it would be a challenge to carry up a few flight of stairs. Room I was staying was at the top floor and unfortunately, it was the heat wave. I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning although fan provided didn’t help. I couldn’t change the room either. Remember to check in online prior to travelling to ensure that you receive the door and key codes. Parking discount at Q-park Dale Street was a welcome bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
