My only negative comment is related to the loud conversations of our neighbors on the balcony two days and also a couple were sitting by the fire pits while they were on a phone call that they put on speaker. I encountered multiple cockroaches in the room; alarmingly, one even crawled on my leg at 10:00 AM. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness for the rate charged. "Our stay in a second floor room, had large sliding doors on two sides, that overlooked the pool/garden areas. These large doors allowed for fresh air to flow throughout the space, and cut down on the need for running the AC. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The kitchen space was perfect for our needs, and the daily coffee by the pool was greatly appreciated! Kim and Jen were especially helpful at the front desk. "Great stay for me at the Herron House Court. Location is great for spending time in downtown KW. Room was spotless. Bed was fresh, with fittings better than home. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh fruit, juices, milk, and choices of bread. Roman was behind the desk, and was absolutely top notch. I will return."
