"One of the most spacious hotel rooms I’ve stayed in NYC. The room was clean and appeared to be newly updated. The guest lounge and check in experience was above average. The staff was very nice."

"Everything was great at this hotel. Would definitely stay there again. The pillows could be a little more comfortable, however, in the grand scheme of things, it’s a minor issue. The beds were good including the pull out sofa bed (sometimes those tend to be very uncomfortable and springy) but this one was not the case. Everyone there was friendly. Would recommend for sure to others. "

"The room was to be expected for a 1930’s building, nothing bad but don’t expect luxury nor 2025 style accommodations. The 2 queen room was plenty big for a family of 4. The staff was superb, specially Mr Matthew the doorman. Self parking within walking distance and hotel location is fantastic."

"I think the building is quite old. Overall the hotel is quite old, the elevator, the carpet, etc give an uncomfortable feeling. I think this is quite personal taste, I personally like the bright room."
