"Facilies were not inadequate just didnt use them. The staff gave a lovely warm welcome. Looked like they were proud to work there. No complaints what so ever. "

"Good location as not far from centre. Room (delux double) quite nice, clean however room would benefit from air con as it was uncomfortably warm (despite being cold outside). "

"Great stay with Oddfellows, stayed in the apartment which is 5min down the road and turn left pass the Crosskey pub on the corner right to the end where there is a place with ‘Oddfellows’ on it, it came with parking aswell in the courtyard which was great! Very central but quiet enough at night by the apartment which was ideal, would definitely stay again. "

"Comfortable and clean room. Gym was good. WiFi was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location for the town centre. No parking with the hotel but options available nearby. Hotel bar was comfortable, ideally would have been nice to have better choice of ales on tap. Thanks "

"Hôtel très bien situé, facilement accessible de la gare ou de la gare routière. Le centre ville n'est pas très loin non plus, les balades le long du canal sont plutôt agréables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Chester."

"Great location right next to the station and an easy walk into the city centre. The ground floor has been nicely refurbished and makes a good first impression. Some investment has clearly gone into the rooms too (new taps etc.), but they don’t feel finished to the same standard. The bathroom in particular felt a little tired – the silicone around the shower was messy and old, the toilet didn’t flush easily, and the extractor fan was very loud.
