"Our 3-night stay at The Fairmount was outstanding from the time we checked in until the time we departed. The staff is world-class, always going above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed. We had a beautiful two room suite on the third floor complete with all the amenities one would need. "Too many people not enough staff. We wanted to go to the roof top and I wish I would have know before booking that it was rented out. We waited for our room for about an hour cause it was not ready. They did give us two complementary drinks but still the waiting and all the people waiting , dirty restroom. It was exhausting."
