Was a bit disappointed in the coffee staff - 3 or more workers, but it seems only the young lady that had her arm in a sling was carrying the brunt of the work, while others...

"Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. So I asked them the reason why and had said the rooms were disgusting… so right then and there I told the manager to just cancel our stay. Totally unacceptable won’t recommend or be...

"Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. "

They were left with no room and nowhere to stay at 9pm. Christian was extremely rude, and the manager Latasha was even worse. Currently trying to dispute the charge for my own room because they refused to call another manager to help with a refund."
