"Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. "Staff were so rude and not helpful. My friends and I drove 2 hours for a wine festival, and my friends’ room was canceled and sold without any warning. They were left with no room and nowhere to stay at 9pm. Christian was extremely rude, and the manager Latasha was even worse. Currently trying to dispute the charge for my own room because they refused to call another manager to help with a refund."
