"We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel is newly built, modern, and very clean. Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe."

"AC unit didn't work in 207. Kept turning off after 15 minutes. Kitchenette smelled awful from the heat. Bedspreads were dirty. Grounds were dirty. Sad I stayed here."

I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. "Requested room service and the “new” sheets were dirty. It wasn’t even hidden. So at this point I think they were just lazy and careless and left me with dirty sheets of who knows what it is. The towels also had stains in it. Very unhygienic. But overall parking was good and staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay"
