"Room was good Sauna/gym was good Food was excellent Staff were great The corridors were a little tired looking but since I don’t need to sleep in the corridor what difference does it make."

"Nous avions une chambre avec un divan-lit et un lit double. Le divan-lit était abominable. Le grillage sur lequel le matelas est déposé était complètement brisé. Nous sommes allés deux fois à la réception car nous avions un problème avec la douche, les deux fois nous nous sommes fait dire qu’un technicien passerait bientôt à la chambre, personne n’est venu."

"Hour and half had to wait for check in no excuse. Wasn't the room I booked . No signs up to say we're rest rooms were .no bathrobes. No apologise nothing . Castle its self is very nice . Wouldn't go back .even on check out. Its like give the key back and go . No have a day thank you for your stay."

"A bit outside the city but because of there being a bus stop 3 minutes walk away it made getting there really easy. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great overall stay"

"Beautiful property. Food was excellent. Enjoyed a nice hike on the property to see the spot where Mary Queen of Scots surrendered herself to the English lords. The decor is beautiful inside. We only stayed one night but enjoyed the experience. Wait staff was inexperienced during our visit but that was a minor issue."

"Hotel is located in a very nice area of Edinburgh, however there is nothing walking distance around it. Which isn't the hotels fault, but something to keep in mind. Hotel and rooms are dates, no sense of urgency with customer care. Example, needed a new key and was asked why I needed it, after explaining why the front desk lady said it will be a minute as she's posting charges. Check the bed(s), mine had a spring popping through the material and could have cut me while sleeping."

"Convenient, reasonably priced airport hotel (right on the airport parking lot). It has large rooms, friendly staff, a full restaurant with good food, and a free hot breakfast. What more could you want?"

"No airport shuttle, which i knew. Restaurant was average at best, service was poor. Skipped breakfast for long line, accessible room was ideal."

"Room was clean except for the toilet room. Stains on the walls, all over the floors, etc. Beds were clean and comfortable. Great for couples, NOT suitable for families unless you like walking out of the shower directly to your family"

"Excellent helpful staff. They assisted with directions, bus lines and more. The breakfast was excellent. Had a lovely meal in the dining area. The cappuccino in the restaurant/bar was excellent. Every staff member was pleasant, friendly and helpful."
