The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not...

So when the staff person at the desk rudely told me it was on their website that it was closed I was not happy. "The staff upfront gave me a very hard time with checking in . I called to request early check in the lady upfront said yes when I called at 11:08am she said she would call me back . Another hour passed by and I called back she said they were in the process of cleaning the room . I arrived two hours later and the room was not ready and they have someone else the clean room when I arrived it had turned to 3:40pn before my room was ready I will not be booking this hotel ever again . "

"The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

"Owners are absolutely wonderful! They prepare a fresh, hot breakfast in the morning and are so accommodating! Loved it! Would definitely stay again!"
