"Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed. "There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. "
