"We absolutely loved our stay. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. We arrived a lot earlier than expected and the front desk accommodated us promptly allowing us to enjoy all amenities while we waited for our rooms to be ready, which staff tried their best to provide us with at least one room early due one of our travelers not feeling well. There was one staff member I would like to point out, Beyoncé he made our trip the time of our lives! He not only attended to our needs in a timely manner but made sure we had an absolute blast we shared laughs and danced the nights away. Staff members made sure to make us feel welcomed, loved and at home. We definitely will be planning a trip back."

"Overall, this was an awesome trip for a family vacation. There were so many activities for the kids to do, the pool was so nice, and the availability of kid-friendly foods was great. This was a really, really nice vacation. My only feedback: the meals were sloooow and oddly timed. My daughter tends to get a bit cranky around 11, and then we try to feed her at 11:30. Most of the restaurants on campus don't open until 12 or 1230 for lunch. Similarly, most restaurants don't open for dinner until 530, and every restaurant has service that is really, really slow. Like no meal will be less than 1 hour. For sure, it's nice not to be rushed. It would also be nice to have the option of eating more quickly."

"Everything about this resort is excellent. The pool areas are is huge and have plenty of seating, there are staff everywhere willing to help with anything, the beach is also amazing. There are activities all throughout the day and entertainment every night, the restaurants are fantastic. This resort is modern, clean and beautiful. You can't go wrong staying here. "
