"El aire de la habitación que nos tocó lamentablemente estaba dañado no enfriaba nada y goteaba. Gracias a Dios los chicos de la recepción después de revisar que en efecto no funcionaba y luego de darnos un ventilador para dormir con eso se apiadaron de nosotros y no cambiaron de habitación. "

"Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,...

"The staff was helpful, friendly, and just overall incredible. Our room was great and even came with it's own small private pool! Speaking of pools, the pools, common areas, and facilities on the property were great. The all inclusive food and drinks were the only set back here- they just weren't very good. Thankfully, the restaurants on the marina made up for it. It's worth paying extra for the great food because every single restaurant was delicious!"

"Not pet friendly. But pets are allowed. After several employees of the hotel warned me that “my dog was not allowed to leave the room during our stay”, I went to the reception to clarify. She confirmed that the employees were mistaken and that he could leave the room to relieve himself, but only if he was basically out of sight of any potential guests to come in contact with him. She suggested I use the service entrance. Our dog is part of our family, we don’t go through the trouble of traveling...
