"I had such a wonderful stay here in Madrid! The area felt extremely safe, and the apartment building itself was spotless. Our room was impeccable!!! everything was so clean and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was how conveniently equipped the apartment was. "Hotel Urban is a fantastic hotel! Walking distance to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and the Prado Museum. Upscale, chic & clean. Most importantly the staff is absolutely amazing, Lydia and Lydia were super friendly and helpful. Sadly I only stayed one night but will be back, in the future."
