"The staff was really friendly, the entertainment that they had for every night was a nice plus. The food was OK. They did have a lot of options. The only small defect I find is there buffet hours felt a bit limited since the place they had for snacks also had a very limited menu."

"The resort was OK, convenient, clean, and pretty. The staff was wonderful. There are better hotels in the area, especially if traveling with Kids. The biggest challenges were no breakfast buffet, and no easy, healthy choices, both of which are a dealbreaker when traveling with Kids. There are only two - pricey and nice - restaurants. Café doesn’t count as a legitimate breakfast or healthy lunch option. The other big letdown was the Kids club. It was just sad, my daughter didn’t want to stay or return."

"This was wonderful trip; great place and location in Cabo. Staff loves what they do, from the moment you check-in to time you leave; which you hate to come to an end. "We had an ocean view that was beautiful. The sound of the waves was pretty loud all night. The pool was really nice but getting a lounge chair was challenging. The grounds were landscaped and kept up very well. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets. There was an abundance and variety of food. The onsite restaurants were average to good."

"This property has great potential! We did have a wonderful time as a family of four with two little ones. It was safe, clean and the food was good. Not to mention a beautiful place with a view of the beach and Sierra San Francisco mountains that are to die for. There were some standouts in the staff, JP in Guest Services, Cynthia the bartender, Santiago on the waitstaff and the whole entertainment staff were all wonderful. The staff as a whole was pleasant and their only shortfalls were in managements coordination. My issue with the resort comes down to management and coordination. Nobody talked to eachother. The front desk wasn't up to speed on anything. I would get three different answers from 3 different people and departments. They didn't know about the events, the restaurants, reservations for the restaurants etc... That being said, the restaurant situation is challenging. You cannot book until you have a room number and there are no reservations available even if you did. I was not able to try anything other than the buffet and even that I could not get into one evening. This could all be solved by management and coordination. They have potential and can easily make this top tier."

"Several of us got food poisoned Elevator was not working rooms smell modly and when I cook pain they just spray the room with air freshmen. No much activities around the pool"
