"I loved that this property was clean, the staff was helpful, easy to get to, and perfect size for a short stay. Its walking distance to a lot of places. I will say the area is very busy so be prepared for that. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return!"

"I usually don't leave reviews but this time I will make an exception. Although this hotel may not be located in the best section of the city, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I was therefore first week of the world cup and the day the Knick won the championship. Although that had a larger than normal crowd the managed the parking, breakfast and maid service professionally and quickly. Inwould definitely stay here again."

"Clean room & exceptionally friendly housekeeping staff. Location (walking distance to MET Museum) was fantastic for a weekend of museum hopping! Also, the rooms were incredibly soundproofed & quiet. Highly recommend! There are gym & laundry facilities as well on the lower level."

"They use downfall pillows in the hotel this causes allergies to people who are allergic to feathers. Also not willing to do a later checkout past 12 even though the hotel wasn’t even close to capacity."

"Good location with subway close to getting in and out of the city. Had everything we needed in a room for 3 people but it was fairly noisy with people arriving and leaving at all times and there was no lifts so people were loud getting luggage down the stairs. The neighbourhood was fairly safe but had a fair amount of homeless people as most city’s would."

"It’s nasty in there base boards dirty toilet seat falling off sheets dirty and so is the pillows everything just doesn’t look kept up with"

"The bathroom and carpets were not clean and the room had so much air freshener that I got a headache. I paid for 2 nights but left first thing in the morning due to the smell. I also could not open a window to get fresh air. If I had not arrived so late the first night, I would have left immediately."

"The water leaked out from the shower door into the bathroom floor, but other than that enjoyed the stay."
