"Everything the staff on were so helpful, had a problem with the first ev changing bay but thankfully there was a spare, what’s annoying is people parking that clearly do not charge their car or have petrol park there because it’s closer to the hotel very frustrating, otherwise was perfect stay"

"First time stayed here accidentally found to stay for a night after Indonesian Christmas party local to the hotel. I and my husband were amazed on how the big room is and the amenities for the price. I love it and we lock it to our favourite hotel lists to revisit next year. Thank you "

"We arrived at the hotel early expecting to just leave our bags until check-in time. But as our room was already available we were able to check-in well before 3pm. Room was excellent, As ere all the staff spoke to. Breakfast was good and well set to. Only around 10 minutes to walk to the Lime Street Station, or Centre of Liverpool . Will definitely stay again and happy to recommend for a stay in Liverpool.. "

"A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly."

"We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10"

"Room very well kept with all provisions… the water and coffee provided daily was a very nice touch following a very kind complimentary room upgrade. Great views from the 15th floor! Staff very courteous and happy to help. (Friendly feedback… hot breakfast items not great and tough to eat, as they seem to be cooked up early and left to dry out under the heat lamps). "

"Great food at breakfast with a good choice. Excellent meal and reasonably priced at Nelson’s with very attentive staff. Rooms very clean, lovely bathroom products available and well stocked tea/coffee tray with hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. Spa area great, good sized pool. Hot tub, sauna and steam room. All staff were very pleasant from reception, spa and dining room staff. A brilliant stay."
