"We stayed here for our weekend trip in Monterey. It was close to downtown and not too far from the parks we went to (Point Lobos and Pffiefer Beach). Our room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly"

"The main sell here is the beach front where the property sits. It's clean and beautiful although narrow. The rooms are very dated with new superficial remodel. I was on the beach level, didn't see other rooms."

"No Problem except AC didn't put out enough. Stayed short time. Had to head out at five in the morning. Shower and a bed. Worked for me before an eleven hour 600 mile motorcycle ride to Bend in the morning."

"We checked in and were sent to a room that was dirty, the bed was in shambles and there were dirty dishes on the counter. We went back to the front desk and were then given a room that was near the pool but also where construction workers were drilling. The front desk girl was not very pleasant when I expressed my displeasure of the room assignments and was very dismissive. It was the worst $300 I ever spent for one night in any hotel I have ever been to. I will never go back. "

"This is a fine room. It was clean, basic, no extra frills. There was some damage on the doors/walls, but the aesthetics are minor issues. We stayed here mostly because there is no pet fee. It's a step up from Motel 6, but only by a little. We were only driving through and stayed one night and left early in the morning so it was good for what it was, but if I was staying in the area for longer than a day I would consider a more comfortable stay."

"I was greeted upon parking by the helpful and polite hosts. I was not very talkative, but I had the distinct impression that they would have been friendly had I been. I would stay here again, and probably will. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired, but if you are looking for a cute, clean room with parking, this is a solid choice."
