"Had booked a deluxe king room but was able to switch to one of the red A frame units as I didn’t realise the King rooms lacked cooking facilities. Although this smaller room with balcony over the water only had single beds in was very comfortable and perfect for our 2 day stay. Despite the tunnel road works and associated traffic immediately above the hotel it was quiet and unnoticed as you look out over the water. The sauna and arctic plunge was a highlight and definitely recommended."

"We absolutely loved this property! The view and location is stunning and the cottage is beautiful and clean. This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Iceland - highly recommend! The only thing that went wrong was check in. We didn’t receive our cottage number, instructions on how to get into the property or receive a door code. But we called the hosts and they were so helpful and got it taken care of promptly. 10/10!"

"The unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. A washer/dryer, hairdryer, a very well equipped kitchen including coffee/filters/sugar/creamer, a toaster and enough plates, glasses, flatware for 4 people. The private deck with a clean hottub and a gas barbecue were very much appreciated! Excellent place to stay and fairly close to the airport."

"Le restaurant était excellent, le paysage est sublime et de beaux sentiers parcourent le site. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans les "camping pods". Exactement comme annoncé, le frigo est minuscule et un peu bruyant. Il faut ajouter des crochets au mur, pas cher et très utile. Un seul crochet divisé en deux n’est vraiment pas suffisant quand on rentre avec des vêtements mouillés. La cuisine partagée est très bien. Le plancher ne semble pas avoir été balayé durant les trois jours, tout comme...
