"Wer öfters in einen A&O Hotel/Hostel übernachtet, der weiß was einem erwartet. Für 1-2 Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Self Check-in Automaten funktionieren einwandfrei."

"Room clean & decorated nicely. Aircon wasnt active & room was quite warm so we had to have windows open for air but very noisy with people passing hotel / dragging luggage/ workers starting early so didn't get decent sleep. Location excellent in a lovely area. "

"このホテルの建物はかはり古く、歴史的な意味があるのだと思いますが、メインテナンスが適切になされているとは言えないと思います。床にはデコボコがかなりあり、バスルームの床はビニールコーティングされていましたが、大きなヒビか1箇所以上ありました。バスタブも全体的に水垢がある状態でしたし、バスタブの蛇口からバスタブの底にかけて水漏れの跡なのか、何なのかわかりませんが、青いシミ？カビ？が枯れた滝の跡のようにバスタブにこびりついていました。窓の外も建物のバックヤードのようなひどい景色でしたので、外が明るくてもカーテンを閉めていました。 フロント担当の若い男性が親切で、チェックインとチェックアウト時に重い荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださったのが救いでした。 宿泊施設にはもう少し清潔感があるべきだと思いますので、あまりおすすめできる施設とは言えないとます。"
