The silverware in the room was put away dirty, the bathroom was not clean by my standards and the floors were not cleaned well in the room."

"This place is fantastic. Right next to Trafalgar Square, Theatres, pubs, and restaurants. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, British Museum, etc. The Hotel is old, but beautiful, and completely updated. It even has a free laundromat. The breakfast is well worth the extra fee. It's not the least expensive hotel in London ($300-$400 p/n), but it is typical for a nice hotel in a good neighborhood, in a large tourist city. Recommended Highly."
