"This was our second stay at The Ostrich Inn, and it is the perfect place to stay before flying out of Heathrow airport (which is only 5 miles away). The rooms are very clean and comfortable with lots of lovely touches like tea and coffee making supplies, nice toiletries, and a fan for hot weather times. Staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is full of historic details. We enjoyed pre-dinner drinks out in the garden, and had a great meal in the restaurant. Breakfast the next day was delicious...

"Staff were very helpful, the property clean, water hot and food great. However, it is not signposted at the mini roundabout, which would be very beneficial for travellers. The only sign post showed a dead-end road."

"On arrival there was road works outside the hotel which we were unaware of. I had messaged to ask where to park but got no answer. The parking is payable across the road and behind some houses. The hotel building is very old and the bar area is quite nice. The two young lads on the bar were very nice and friendly. The room we had was in need of decoration and updating, not in good shape. We had drinking facilities provided but I’d advise take your own as the ones given were to certain tastes....

We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! It was the Luxe Double room with sea view, and so worth the money! We are definitely coming back again! Please keep up the amazing work, you...
