"The room was clean. The hotel is making efforts to go green. Whenever you asked for anything they sent someone to your room immediately. The doormen were excellent and helpful. The location was great! All good things to say about this hotel."

My other daughter asked to come and stay when I asked for the sofa bed to be pulled out and let reception know I was checking in a 3rd, they advised there wasn’t room. However they accommodated by moving me into a suitable room. "
