"The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unfriendly. Every time I called with a question, they responded with attitude and were not welcoming at all.
To make matters worse, we found three roaches in the kitchen area. I called the front desk to ask if they had a rodent or pest problem, and I was told yes. The only solution they offered was to move us to another room.
Unfortunately, this completely ruined my vacation. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Save yourself the...

"Very simple rooms, showing their age. However, the views and ambiance were incredible. Staff is very friendly, and the on-site restaurant served an excellent dinner and breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great stay. It exceeded our expectations. Lindsey and Chase treated us as royalty!! Always available and accomodating. Room was cozy, amazing views and accesible by car and just 99 Steps to town!!!"

"The hotel is a nice hotel with a lot of steps. The room was nice but a little worn down with a window air conditioner, but it worked. The breakfast is included and that was good, great staff is super nice. I would come here again."
