"There was no air conditioning in our room due to power outage. We were moved to another room however 2 of our guests had to sleep on the floor and the room next to ours had a leak in the bathroom that came into our room through the night"

We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. "It’s a stunning, unique hotel. One great way to keep the wrong people from visiting? Tell them that there are no televisions in the rooms! From my perspective, that’s a big plus!
