No one told us we had to move to another unit till 3 pm in the afternoon while we were getting ready to go to St. John for dinner reservations. We had to move all of our stuff at 9:30 at night along with all the groceries we Chad just purchased. Very inconvenient. The attendant helping hardly lifted a finger to help. No compensation for this inconvenience. Told the general manager was not available to speak with us on a Monday when we checked out. In my opinion they should have been ready to compensate us upon checkout. Instead attendant gave a fake name and asked us to email about our inconvenience of changing rooms. "
