"Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel 41. They always exceed expectations and have the best customer service. We were traveling with four teenagers, and they very generously upgraded us to beautiful suites. Food at the hotel is excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. "The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
