"The location was convenient. The check-in staff were somewhat helpful, but not what I was expecting. The staff in the cocktail bar were very friendly and went above and beyond.
It’s a beautiful old hotel. There was work being done on the hotel which diminished some of the charm."

"I was very disappointed by the Rembrandt. It was very expensive for the condition of the hotel and amenities
We had problems with the hot water, our first night it was luke warm. We found the next day that hot water came through the shower but it was very badly regulated it went from tepid to scalding so had to be very cautious. Also the handle cover was broken and my partner caught there hand on the sharp plastic turning off the shower
The charging point on the lamp was broken and we had no...

8.4 dari 10, Sangat bagus, (10.898 ulasan)
"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...
