"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"I booked this hotel purely for the location. Close to Kings Cross station, it is ideal for a one night stay. When I checked in I used the self serve screens, although the staff were there to help. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but practical. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was perfectly adequate with enough space and a good temperature.
