"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Perfect location and walk to the London eye. Big Ben and Houses of Parliament. Staff were really nice and friendly.
I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5, as I found the buffet breakfast limited with options, Coffee was not nice and during the night in our room we would hear random knocking noises every hour or so coming from the inside of our room.
Overall highly recommended."

"Great hotel as a solo traveller. Booked as i was seeing a show up in the town. Location was amazing and the walls are sound proof so i slept like a baby! The breakfast looked amazing but i didn't purchase as the night before I bought myself some fresh croissants, juice and fruit from Sainburys across the road so i could have breakfast in bed!
