"Fantastic, couldn’t have been more accommodating, stayed here as was competing in Scottish half marathon, house just across the road from finish line!! Also bus outside the house to head directly to Edinburgh where we enjoyed the Fringe festival. Alice went out of her way to ensure we had a fantastic weekend, highly recommend."

"This was a leisure visit. We were greeted by you are early (30 mins) which I had acknowledged before they mentioned it and said they would check. Again they said we were early but the room was ready and told Room 3 upstairs! We only have 7 rooms we were told. The room was tidy but dusty and the window although double glazed had a gale blowing through as it didn’t fully seal when closed. The shower head had more water coming out of the top of the shower head than where it was supposed to come...

"Very very friendly staff. Beautiful room for a great price. The only issue was no conditioner or shampoo in the shower so it’s kind of expected for you to wash your hair with hand soap so bring your own!!! Everything else was great. Breakfast was great. Bus stop was right in front. Didn’t go to the pool or sauna but the restaurant/bar was lovely :) Would recommend "

"Fine, but overpriced considering the room and amenities. Not soundproofed as advertised which was an issue with a room facing the street, size was smaller than expected (despite not being the 'basic' room), lamp was faulty, and we had issues with heating that needed someone to come and help resolve. Less of a guesthouse than advertised, felt more like a budget motel. "

"The service by Lee at the premier inn was amazing, his attitude needs to run off in the restaurant staff. The service in the brewers Fayre is terrible. The staff were rude and abrupt, too busy on their phones."

"From the time we walked in, shaking terrified as Americans who had just driven on the wrong side of the road for the first times in our lives, the staff was nothing but wonderful. Greeted us with smiles, and were efficient. Quiet and accomodating at all times. Breakfast was great every morning, and the relaxing free range atmosphere was exactly what we needed. "エディンバラを朝から晩まで楽しみたい方にはおすすめしませんが、観光客で溢れたエディンバラを脱出して郊外で特別な宿泊体験をしたい方にはおすすめです。お城の塔の寝室、大広間、屋根上が貸切です。お姫様というよりは砦の城主の気分を味わえます。車で行く方が多いようですが、私たちは最寄りのWallyford駅（エディンバラから2駅）から歩きました。遊歩道を30-40分ほど歩くと着きます。夕食は済ませるか、調達してから行く必要があります。朝食は部屋に準備してあり、好きなものを選んで食べられます。オーナーご夫妻が気さくでとても良い方々でした。おすすめです。"

"Beautiful hotel on university grounds a stone throw away from the Royal Mile with great bus connections. Staff were really polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to when we left. Our room was spacious but cozy, with a very comfy bed. "Great location to get into the centre of Edinburgh via a tram or bus, or to get to the cafes and pubs in The Shore area. The staff were friendly and informative. The parking was good and seemed to be ample places. The provision of complimentary drinks and snacks was a bonus. Will stay here again when we next visit Edinburgh."
